At 100 Dollar Bride, we want your shopping experience to be memorable because it was so simple, pain-free, and you found a fabulous bargain!

That's why we have created this POLICIES page.  Please take a moment to read over our policies regarding a few areas of the shopping experience at 100 Dollar Bride.

Payment

You may make payment using PAYPAL.  It's fast, secure, and easy to use.  You may pay with a credit card or make an electronic check payment using PAYPAL.

 

The Payment Process

We've outlined our payment process so your experience will be as smooth as possible.

  1. You tour the SALONS and find your dream dress.

  2. You record the item # and designer from the dress's picture caption.

  3. You place the order using our " ORDER NOW" page.

  4. Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail from us with all of your information.  Once you have approved the information, you will receive a PAYPAL invoice generated by us.  You will have 48 hours to complete your transaction.  Should you fail to pay in this time frame, we reserve the right to sell the item to the next person in line.

  5. Once your payment is approved by PAYPAL, we will notify you when your item has been shipped and offer a tracking number (go to www.usps.com and select the"tracking" option).

Shipping

 

Our shipping is honest and accurate.  We believe that buyers should pay for shipping, not extra profit for the seller!

 

Domestic

 

We use USPS Priority Mail which averages 2-3 day arrivals. 

We require the usage of their DELIVERY CONFIRMATION feature to ensure that your product arrives in a timely fashion.  This service is automatically added to your shipping at a cost of $0.45. 

Shipping insurance is optional and may be added at the discretion of the buyer. 

Some dresses require that they be shipped in the OVERSIZE category which can cause the price of shipping to increase.

Shipping averages between $10-$28.

 

International

Please e-mail us at shipping@100dollarbride.com for a quote.  Please include your address and in the subject line type "INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING QUOTE."

Returns

 

Because of the personal nature of these items, we would like to avoid garment returns if it is possible. 

We know you'll love the dress you'll buy from us but if there is a reason you are unhappy with your purchase you may return it in unaltered, original condition for a credit towards another gown.

Buyer will pay for all return shipping.

You must notify us of your intent to return the garment within 24 hours of receiving it.

Please specify why you are returning the garment.  Document your account for our records.

You will be notified when we receive your return. 

This is why it is extremely imperative that you measure yourself accurately and know the style of the dress you love!

We disclose any flaws and price gowns accordingly.  If there is a flaw we will describe it.  For example:

"This dress is missing beads and the buttons on the back are gone."
